We provide Artificial Intelligence development services and related products. Access to specific products or client portals may occur via our designated subdomains. All services provided through these subdomains are subject to these Terms unless a separate written service agreement exists between you and the Company.

3. Payments and Billing

Invoicing: We use Stripe to generate invoices and process payments for our products and services. By making a payment, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in the currency specified on the invoice (typically USD or AED).
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government levies (including VAT) associated with the purchase of our services.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis dependent on the specific product or service agreement. For digital products and completed services, all sales are generally final. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact support@dsaiservices.com within 14 days of the transaction.

5. User Representations
